My name is Cameron Friedman, and I am a double major in biology and psychology originally from Pickerington, Ohio. I am honored to have the opportunity to serve on the Homecoming Court for 2018. In my time at BGSU, I have been involved in multiple areas across campus such as being a part of the Honors College, being a tour guide in the Office of Admissions, working as a resident advisor and student desk manager for the Office of Residence Life, and as a peer educator in Peer Education.
For my Falcon Funded initiative, I have selected the Alumni Laureate Scholars program, a group on campus that has contributed the most to my growth during my time at BGSU. This fund was created to give students the opportunity to receive a full tuition scholarship that is more than just a monetary gift, but this dynamic experience truly changes lives and affords students an education inside and outside the classroom that they could not receive elsewhere. This program is designed to enhance a student’s leadership capabilities as well as promote personal growth.
I chose Alumni Laureate Scholars because I can truly not thank them or give enough to them for the opportunities that I have been given due to this experience. I hope you will consider assisting me in changing future Falcons lives by making a contribution to the Alumni Laureate Scholars program today!
