New Student Orientation

Hi everyone, my name is Sam Steirer and I am an intervention specialist major from Sylvania, Ohio. On campus, I am involved in Kappa Delta Sorority, New Student Orientation, in various capacities, and I work in the Center for Leadership as a student office assistant. 

Everyone's first tradition at BGSU is attending either their SOAR day or attending a transfer orientation session. I am passionate about the continuation of making that first experience better. New Student Orientation offers a variety of leadership opportunities including being an orientation leader, orientation team leader and opening weekend group leader which allows current students to give back to future students. In addition, New Student Orientation provides programing on campus for all students throughout Opening Weekend and Fall Welcome.
