Medici Circle Inspires 

For 35 years, Medici Circle members have been fostering excellence in the BGSU School of Art through support for a wide range of student-centered activities. Composed entirely of volunteers with a passion for visual art, the Medici Circle has contributed greatly to national recognition of the excellence of School of Art programs. Many School of Art graduates who've received Medici grants have gone on to significant careers as artists, designers, animators and scholars. Membership growth and expansion of the grant program will allow the Medici Circle to distribute support to even more students, assisting them in realizing their fullest professional potential.

Your Help is Needed

Now Medici needs your help. In order to sustain continued support for Medici programs and scholarships, in the next month we're seeking to add 200 new members. Medici's only activity is support for student grants and scholarships through membership-based contributions. 

Become a Philanthropist

Your Medici membership will provide income for grants supporting student travel to destinations as close as Detroit, Columbus and Chicago, and as exotic as Florence, Italy. Medici grants have allowed students to participate in national and international workshops, as well as invite renowned visiting artists to speak and teach on campus.

When you join the Medici community, you help broaden the horizon of future artists. Many of you are already avid patrons of the BGSU School of Art, and we thank you for that support. By helping Medici fund programs outside the School's regular curriculum, you enrich the artistic growth of this wonderful community. Whether directly or indirectly, many of you have already felt the impact of Medici Circle programs.Your membership will help us extend our tradition of student-focused philanthropy still further. We hope to see you on the donor board!
