Holidays with Falcon Football 2023

Holidays with Falcon Football is the BGSU Football Team providing a celebration for children in the Bowling Green community who might not otherwise have one. This program, conceived and organized entirely by Falcon Football student-athletes, hosted its inaugural event in 2018 with 36 local children, ranging in age from 2-12 years old. The goal for this year’s annual event is to be able to provide a Holiday celebration for 50 children!

The BGSU Football team will go shopping with contributions to this program raised through private donations (we hope to spend about $150 on each child). The Football players then wrap the presents they have chosen for their young friends, and later in December, the children will receive their presents at a celebration with the Falcon Football Team!

BGSU Football recognizes that the holiday season is joyous for many, however for some, it is a time of struggle. Our Falcon family would like to help spread the spirit of the holidays. This event has been a tremendous success in the last five years, and we are excited to continue the tradition! You can help us make this year a success by helping out families and children in the community, as every child deserves a special holiday season of their own.
