Thank you for participating in BGSU's Battle of the Decades!
Over the course of BGSU's Battle of the Decades competition, 145 alumni showed their support for current and future Falcons by joining the Battle and being counted for their decade. In total, BGSU Alumni raised more than $12,000, which includes an anonymous donation of $10 for every alumnus/alumna who made their first gift to BGSU. These gifts will be used to impact students through scholarship and academic support, enriching student life, creating innovative learning spaces, and more.
Graduates of the 1980s were crowned as champions of the Battle of the Decades with 54 alumni joining the Battle. To celebrate, alumni from the decade participated in a long-standing BGSU tradition of painting the spirit rock on Saturday at Homecoming.

If 40 BGSU alumni each give $25, the collective impact of these gifts could provide $1,000 in funding for the more than 300 registered student organizations on campus.

Forward Falcon
If 30 BGSU alumni each give $100, the collective impact of these gifts could provide for nearly all of a student's meal plan for an entire academic year.

I Bleed Orange and Brown
If 10 BGSU alumni each give $500, the collective impact of these gifts could provide for almost all of a student's tuition and fees for a semester.
$1,000
Falcons Fly Forever
If five BGSU alumni each give $1,000, the collective impact of these gifts could provide for nearly the entire cost of a student's residence hall room on campus for an academic year.
