The Bowling Green State University Club Baseball team is a competitive team comprised of ball players dedicated to continuing their playing career throughout college. Club Baseball gives all of us the opportunity to keep playing the game we love against quality competition. We are part of the National Club Baseball Association (NCBA) and a member of the D1 Great Lakes - North conference, along with schools like Michigan, Michigan State, and Central Michigan. Within the last few years, we've been ranked as high as No. 5 in the country among all club baseball teams, and have nearly knocked off the No. 1 team each of the last three times we've played them.
Every year, BGSU Club Baseball participates in a Spring Training event put on by the NCBA in Tampa, Florida. Over the course of the week, the team is able to play six games against schools from all over the country and bond before our regular season starts. This fundraiser helps us pay for transportation, hotels, and tournament fees, which would instead come out of our players' pockets. Without our generous donors, it would likely be impossible for us to have this opportunity to represent BGSU in this tournament.
