Pi Kappa Phi requires a home in which to gather to share the bonds of brotherhood and conduct the business of the chapter. Groups that have competitive housing – house within the Greek Village similar to that of their peers – have proven to be more successful than those who do not. In order to resume living in the house that the fraternity moved into in 2016, the alumni chapter was asked to continue paying parlor fees to reserve the space until our men can move back in Fall 2019. The parlor fee carries an annual cost of $6,000.
In order to help the chapter manage the costs of living in the new Greek Village, we’re raising funds that will help reduce the cost of the parlor fee for their first year back. Our goal is to raise enough funds to cover the remainder of this year’s parlor fee and cover a significant portion of next year’s fee so that the chapter can have an easier transition into the financial burden of chapter operations.
By lending this support, you’re helping ensure that Delta Sigma Chapter has every opportunity to become the leading Fraternity at Bowling Green State University.
