Vietnam Student Association at Bowling Green State University

Vietnam Student Association at Bowling Green State University was founded with the aspiration to embrace and promote Vietnamese culture, enriching cultural diversity at Bowling Green State University (BGSU). We represent the voices of the Vietnamese around the campus to improve the academic environment while connecting Vietnamese students, domestic students, and students of other nationalities. We also provide the most supportive environment for our Vietnamese students to voice any questions, comments, or concerns.

Our purpose is to strive to be the most informative resource of Vietnamese culture within the Bowling Green community. Vietnam Student Association aims to build and maintain a strong brand image that positively reflects BGSU; thus, we will help bring more Vietnamese students to the University through specialized mentorship and support to Vietnamese undergraduate and graduate students. With the Vietnam Student Association’s strategy of becoming a long-standing organization at BGSU, we will build and solidify relationships with BGSU alumni, bringing in aids, donations, networks, and professional career opportunities. 

By donating to the Vietnam Student Association, you are not only helping the current students and faculty on campus but also giving a hand in a multicultural program in the making, supporting our Executive Board to build a more structural organization, and starting our mentorship program that could create meaningful bonds last decades outside of the university. We are very excited about all of the potential opportunities available to us and now that we are an official community in BGSU, your contributions will be beneficial for both the organization and the Vietnamese community in Bowling Green as a whole.
