Softball Spring Break Trip

The Bowling Green State University Softball program is launching a project to generate funds for the team's 2018 spring break trip. As a northern school that competes outside in the spring, our team does a lot of traveling within the first two months of the season and almost a quarter of our games are played during spring break.  During the 2018 spring break trip, the BGSU softball program will be competing in the Jeannine McHaney Memorial Classic in Lubbock, Texas, and at the University of Memphis Tournament in Memphis, Tennessee.  

Why Your Gift Matters

Facing "Power Five" teams provides our program the unique opportunity to prepare for the MAC season and to test ourselves against top-ranked opponents.  We will be playing top-level programs such as Texas Tech, University of Memphis, UT-San Antonio, and New Mexico.  The amount of travel that is required during the pre-season takes a toll on our regular budget.  Traveling south in preparation for the MAC is essential to our success and provides an opportunity to compete on a bigger stage.  We are excited to promote our program and university at a national level.

Please be assured that any donation is greatly appreciated by our student-athletes. All funds will go towards travel expenses and the enhancement of the student-athletes experience. Go Falcons!
